One of our experts in cushions, throws, rugs and other ways to create a cosy home is Josefine Riis Kjeldsen. Ask Josefine and she is full of suggestions on how to decorate with warmth, style and hygge. That is why we have asked her to cherry pick three of her favourites within home textiles in the JYSK assortment. A brown fleece throw that can be used anywhere
“The first product that I want to highlight is the STORFRYTLE”, Josefine begins. “This is a double-faced fleece throw in off-white and dark sand. Being reversible, this throw offers both versatility and style. You can form it for the colour to fit your mood, or you can let both colours be visible. STORFRYTLE is available in a large size of 200x220 cm. This means that both you and your partner can cuddle up under it on a movie night, or you can use it on an afternoon in the park or even let it double as a bed throw”.
STORFRYTLE is 100% polyester and washable at 30 degrees.
“If you adore faux fur as much as we do here at JYSK, also have a look at the brown VINTEREIK throw, the white BALLBLOM throw or at KORNVALMUE which is a two-toned beige throw in a super trendy bubble design”, Josefine finishes before continuing to her next favourite.
Rectangular cushion covers let you refresh your home décor
“I also want to highlight our rectangular cushion covers KATTEFOT and NATTVIOL”, Josefine says. “Both are available in size 40x60 cm which means that you can refresh your existing cushions in this shape, rather than buying new cushions - a reasonable, cost-conscious solution. Sometimes a cushion cover is all it takes to freshen up your living room design”, Josefine suggests.
KATTEFOT is available in two vibrant and colourful designs and is made of 100% cotton. NATTVIOL comes in brown, beige and latte and is made of 100% recycled polyester.
Indoor / outdoor doormats
“Our doormats SKOGFAKS and VITSIPPA can be placed both indoor and outdoor and combine style with functionality”, Josefine begins describing the last products that she wants to give a special mention. “They match any interior, as they are both natural and timeless, so you can place them in the hallway by the front door or even in the living room by the patio door”, Josefine says.
Both doormats SKOGFAKS and VITSIPPA are beige/brown with a graphic woven pattern, and they have a non-slip back that prevents them from sliding around.
